Information ex-law D.Lgs. 196/2003, article 13

The law D.lgs. 196/2003 (code of privacy) states the protection of people and others in respect to personal data processing. According to the above regulations, such processing will be based on priinciples of correctness, lawfulness and transparency as well as protection of your privacy and your rights. In compliance with the law D.Lgs. 196/2003, article 13 you are therefore provided with the following information:

1) The data you will provide will be processed for the sake of management consulting, professional reference as required by the national register of quality system consultants (RNCSQ) AICQ-APCO and anagraphic, accounting and tax management.

2) The processing will be carried out manually and by means of computer.

3) The processing could also involve personal data classified as "sensitive", that is to say data able to reveal participation in trade union activities or similar organisations, as well as personal data able to reveal health conditions. Sanitary data could be processed by medical centres specialised in work capability assessment. The data could be handed out to the public administration and, if needed for accounting/tax purposes to external processing centres as well as, for technical purposes to other subjects in charge for processing. Should you refuse to provide such data, particularly those compulsory for tax purposes, this could result in impossible or partial achievement of contract requiremente and/or impossibility to carry on business.
